Require quote to install quality and silent inverter split air conditioning unit in apartment unit. The requirement is for the motor to be on the balcony with one unit in the living room and another smaller unit in the "master" bedroom. The apartment unit is on level 1 and is reachable by ladder if required. Drainage downpipe can be accessed at the side of the building. The unit would not face onto the street, but must be a quality unit which is very quiet. Quality tradie is required. While there is a budget, quality is preferred in relation to price.
