Ducted reverse cycle airconditioning system is old and very inefficient. Heating does not work as pilot light out and I believe the mechanics are burnt out. Air conditioning is very inefficient so need professional to fix or advise if should be replaced. I would like a supplier to quote on the project so I can assess whether to fix or replace.
