They responded promptly and organized to call me when they were 1/2 an hour away so I could meet them. They failed to call so I wasn\'t there and they prepared a quote that wasn\'t what I was after. When I explained that, they said that they\'d have to send someone else out to requote but weren\'t sure when. Miscommunication equalled waste if time so not overly happy.
