I have a CELAIR Ducted Evaporative air conditioner on my roof, of which one side panel (filter) has fallen off. The screws that hold the filter in place have broken off. The unit has not been serviced for 3 years so I have assumed I require a SERVICE and REPAIR to my unit. The unit is on the colourbond roof of a 2 story house with a slope of around 27 degrees.
