We have a york cassette air conditioner that is approx eight years old in the second storey ceiling with outside unit on ground floor. it appears to work with some cooling effect, but the air coming out is not very cold, especially on one side. the pipes coming out the outside unit are slightly warm and slightly cool.
- would like the problem diagnosed and repaired, regassed etc if required. r22 refrigerant.
- please provide quote for callout/diagnosis and an idea of cost for "usual" remedies.

- thursday or friday are best days for work to be peformed. or weekends if no (or little) surcharge.

- also, if practical, opinion of option to duct the unit 2m to nearby bedroom.
