I would like someone to come out and give a check and service (if necessary) or our cooling and heating unit (Westinghouse, weather wall)
This is on a rental unit which we have owned for just over a year now so I do not know what has been done in the past.
The cooling is good but the heating takes some time to get going.
The call is not urgent however need it done by end of March 2009
