I have a Kelvinator Split system air-con (Model KSR25E) that is over due for servicing, and may need to be repaired and possibly re-installed.
It is intalled in an apartment, and due to the floor plan the interior and exterior units are not on the same wall. This installation uses condensation pumps to compensate for the distance between the interior and exterior units.
It has the following issues:
1 - after running for a few minutes, the interior unit drips water.
2 - after a few more minutes, water spirts out of the grill.
3 - the condensation pump is very noisey, and starts/stops intermittantly when the A/C is running or not.
4 - after running for several minutes, the interior unit beings to rattle, making a noise that gets progressively louder.
5 - the interior unit is coming away from the wall.
I've tried to supply as much info as possible here, but this job might require an initial visit to asses what can be done.
