Supply/install-new house needs reverse cycle aircon dbl story

my wife and myself are building the madison 40mk 2. building will commence in june.
can we please get a price on just the reverse cycle unit that you would suggest, and also a quote on fitting it up?
what size unit would you suggest for this house?
we will be having insulation in the walls and roof.
with the eden brae package they will provide ducts, outlets, and grills for future air conditioning to the down stairs area and one meter of duct will be left in the top roof for reconnection.
there is 3 phase power to the meter box.
we are keen to have more rather than less zones, as we are keen to not cool /heat the formal lounge and formal dining area all the time.
eden brae quote was with a 22kw unit
