Assess strength/quality of existing TV antenna system

We would like someone to come and assess the strength and quality of our existing TV antenna system.
We cannot tune the newest digital channels with our existing equipment (eg GO!), but previously tuned digital channels work just fine (eg ABC2, One HD).
We have an external antenna which goes to a 4 way passive splitter. 3 of the outlets are connected to tuners, 2 of which are dual tuner devices.
If our antenna system is found to be the source of the problem, we would like you to advise us on how best to fix the problem and if not too complex to proceed to fixing it.
