Part 1: Test the existing TV cable that has three data points (two down stairs at each end of the house) and one upstairs. [[The TV currently doesn't get Channel ten or associated channels when its windy or raining.]]
Part 2: If needed replace the TV Antenna with a suitable digital TV Antenna. The roof is accessed via a upstairs door which may help.
