Poor reception, fuzzy picture on 2 different sets. Old existing roof antenna (on single storey house) may need adjusting/repairing or replacing.
It also needs to be connected to 3 separate points. 2 existing ones in the house and a new one in the bungalow (which is very close to the house).

What I liked most of all about Ibrahim is that he was honest. He informed me that it was my TV set and not the reception which was causing the problem. (Not knowing anything about it myself, I would have believed him if he had told me that the antenna needed replacing). I purchased a new TV and he then returned to install it and fix a few other things as well. He was prompt, pleasant, professional and his workmanship was careful and neat. His 'pricing' was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

2 young men turned up on time, as arranged. After inspection they told me that the antenna is fine but the trouble was caused by my TV set. I did need to have an extra point put in, but I'm sorry to say that their quote was a bit higher than I expected, so I did not hire them this time. Yet I still want to give them the rating they deserve because they were very professional and polite - and I appreciate their honesty.
