When turning on the T.V, Red light of the tv starts flashing like normal, but goes on and off and then you'll hear clicking noises and basicly cycles the same process again. The T.V never actually goes to a screen.
Also before having this issue, another issue was one side of the screen has this weird mark. like a area of smudge, which looks like its within the television itself.
