Hi, we need help with our Bosch dishwasher. It came with the house we purchased last June, never been very satisfied with it but it did an OK job. it is now not functioning at all with the 'check water' light flashing even though it has finished a wash cycle and drained all the water away. it looks relatively new (stainless) but not sure what model it is. recently upgraded the kitchen and it was plumbed into a new sink setup, it was doing this same thing then but came good after we turned it on and off at the power. this is not the case this time. Our Fisher and Pakel front loading washing machine is also struggling, although functioning it is not entirely in good shape. The fabric softener section filled with water and didn't drain through 2 wash cycles but has now drained. I would like it to be thoroughly serviced as it certainly gets a work out with 2 small children in the house. we bought this about 5 or 6 years ago and never had a service or an issue with it until now.
