Someone in my family tried to wash an old rug and the thing disintegrated. I believe the pile from the rug is jammed between the outer drum. Wash Cycles try and start,but the machine will not allow the drum to turn, there is obvious resistance when trying to manually turn the drum.
I think that the machine needs the drum to be removed and cleaned.
