Bottom element on blanco bms751 oven not working.

the bottom element does not seem to heat on our blanco bms 751 oven. in addition to this, the top element is hanging down a little even though it still works. there is a thin metal rod hanging down near the rear of the oven and i found a broken clip in the bottom of the oven.
