Brivis Buffalo not starting on first use in winter

My heating unit is a brivis buffalo 85. There is only cool air coming out of ducts when the heater is on and its not heating at all. Its the first time i've used it this winter.
The pilot works ok, the fan comes on but the main gas burner doesnt ignite.
The unit was serviced at end of winter
