Chef Oven not working when selecting fan oven

Hi, When I put my oven on fan forced it doesn't heat up, however if i put it on normal oven it does. I'm not sure why its not working however i don't like cooking on normal oven becuase everything burns from the bottom i much prefer to use fan forced. The brand of my electric wall oven is Chef and it is black with a grill underneath. Do i need to replace the oven or can it be fixed, if fixed how much will it cost?
