Chef oven requires door to be reattached to oven

We have a Chef oven. The door comprises two parts - an internal door and an external door. The internal and external doors have detached from each other and need to be put back together (it appears to be a matter of a screw but try as we may, we have had no success in reattaching the doors). Furthermore, the hinge attaching the internal door to the body of the oven has come apart. The internal part of the hinge has fallen into the body of the oven and cannot be accessed. We would like the door reattached, ASAP please!
