DEC washing machine dose not complete the spin cycle

I have a DEC model D-505WM 6kg, I believe it dose not do the spin, and sometime it spins and stops the halfway though with error messeges. It also makes noisy sound when it spins which I think from a loose stabilizer in the bottom of the machine.
