We have a Simpson Silencio dishwasher that is approximately 4 1/2 years old. Noisy through cycles but now does not pump out all the water at the end of a wash. Water remains in the base of the unit. Have checked filter but nothing blocking it. May be pump.

Excellent service - called promptly after placing my request. Good rates and advice. In the end, we could not utilize his services due to personal reasons but we were extremely happy with the service provided up to that point.
