Water not coming into machine. Have checked water is on, no hose kinks and filters are clear. Have tilted machine side to side without any change. When machine is tilted all the wzy onto its back and then set upright again, water sounds like it is entering machine for @ 3 seconds, then stops and water light comes on again.
