Electric oven 'buzzes' when hot, rangehood doesn't work.

The overn works fine but the timer doesn't owrk properly, and after about 10 minutes of heating, the oven starts 'buzzing', which doesn't stop until well after the oven has been turned off.
There is also a rangehood which no longer seems to work.
