Electric oven needs fixing

Electric oven that has the heat coil at the bottom/base, but this coil has been broken, so now the end that is closest to the oven door sits/touches the bottom of the oven (so it has started to melt the base).
Is this possible to fix as the coils needs to be fixed back into original position of sitting up/floating at the base of the oven.

Les was running late but made sure he was able to come to us before we had to leave the house. While he couldnt fix the job (we are missing the brackets of the oven) he was able to provide us a good alternative so that we could use the oven. He was very friendly and gave us good information on what we should know.
