Electric oven unable to heat higher than 150 deg. C.

All I can tell you is that the oven is an electric underbench oven. It is the pre-existing oven when I bought the unit (in Randwick). The make appears to read as 'Sorrento' by 'Highland' or vice versa. The problem is that the oven is unable to reach more than 150 degrees Cent. and it appears that only 1 of the 2 heating elements in the roof of the oven is not working.
