Washing machine originally turned on fine and started pumping the water into the machine. After about 5 - 10 seconds it would stop, then try again. After about 5 times of trying to pump water into the basin, it would just stop and then constantly beep at me. My friend and I tried a fix-it-ourselves approach, where we figured there must be a block in the pipe so we tipped the machine up, unclipped the pump (out rushes water) and found a bit of plastic stuck in one of the pipes. Once we plugged it all back in and dried it up, we turned the power plug on and now nothing happens. (no lights or anything). Not sure if water got into the wrong place or what happened?

Celim called about an hour after I posted the job online. He came later on that night to look at my washing machine. Although the machine will need further repair that I need to think about whether I can justify doing - Celim was friendly, on time, professional and seemed to know a lot about washing machines! Would recommend to others.
