I have a Norfolk (by HMV) record player and radio system that has been damaged in transit and no longer works.
I require an insurance quote to fix the record player - which no longer spins (although can hear the motor trying to turn it).
As well as to fix the crackling noise made when the volume knob is adjusted, if possible.
