A day late due to incorrect booking\r\nClaimed to be just a worker and showed no support for the company he worked for.\r\nNo regard for the mess that was being made.\r\nHappy to take the min 1 hour rate for 45 mins (that was really only 25 if he had worked rather than chatted but still no closer to fixing the problem. (was quoted $165 but then charged $165 + GST)\r\nClaimed to be part German and know German machines but still went ahead knowing it was unlikely he was going to be able to fix from the parts he had or was able to source.\r\nLeft with - need to order from manufacturer and i could put them in myself!!!!
