Would never ever call this mob again!!! Sam!!! A real charmer, comes across very nice, BUT did not know what the problem was with my Westinghouse electronic wall oven, first visit he said the small wire safety cutout was not facing upwards correctly, pulled it up with a pair of pliers, had a coffee & away he went, after 20 minutes??? I paid him $110 for what??? Then tried to call him, phone switched off, finally get hold of him 2 days later he didn't know what problem was? He is NOT a registered gas fitter as I phoned the Victorian Builders Association & he is NOT registered????? Very dangerous!!!! I got Westinghouse out & they new it was the electronics! After only 10 minutes they new what is was, it was all fixed within 20 minutes, even took out my door glass & cleaned it for me! I only paid for the service fee of $135, & for the part, so NO hourly rate!!!! And a lot safer, as he showed me his gas fitter licence card!!!! All good, very happy😇 Would definitely recommend Westinghouse to anyone!!! They are qualified gas fitters & u r guaranteed by a big company Westinghouse with a printed receipt & very professional service guaranteed!!! 😎😊 don't hesitate, call Westinghouse & don't get ripped off by unqualified dodgy people out there, who don't know what the hell there doing, BE AWARE!!! 😜
