Melbourne Domestic Appliance done completely the opposite what was discussed, the repairman Sam said he can repair the gas tap or most likely repair it but done nothing, I still got 3 burners working instead of four. The person attended was more interested in getting the call out fee rather than fixing the problem - Extremely disappointed. I called Sam and and asked why did he not replace or repair the gas tap his convenient answer was the part is not available for just only five year old appliance - Mind you all Ramain gas tap are the same !!!!!
