Hi- my Cloud 9 hair straightener has a safety feature that when you leave it on for too long it beeps continuously and then it will turn off. This happened and since then every time i turn it on it will no reheat and it continues to beep. Unsure how to fix and unable to post to cloud nine to fix. Can drop to office to be fixed.
