I need my bodum electric kettle fixed

it is new - from the ebodum range. bought in december last year. i have had this problem before - it stops working, stops clicking 'on' and just won't boil. i ahve returned one before. i'd like to see if the problem can be fixed because i really like this kettle. apparently this type is being discontinued though. i need to find a place which repairs bodum and can get those parts. if possible!
