Absolutely shocking. I would NEVER EVER BOTHER contacting these guys again.. Got a prompt quote via email. Contacted Sam who said he would come around and take a look. Came after 4 calls and proceeded to investigate. In doing so he has further removed some parts and says that the parts are broken and would need to be replaced. He would need to quote me for parts from the company. Wrapping up he fixed the oven door crookedly and left 1 part broken. Is explanation don't worry I will be replacing those parts when I return. To date no quote for parts nor is he answering my calls. No reply to txt messages either. If I can rate these guys negatively I would. Absolutely poor. Update received from the business saying -APOLOGIES but we didn't accept your job. Didn't even have the decency to call me for an entire week nor return countless of my calls. Google these guys and you will see similar experiences by other people. Good riddance
