AEG Lavamat 610, approx 12 years old will not spin. Timer function working, wash cycle runs correctly and discharge pump is draining correctly but spin motor will not kick in on either slow or fast cycle. I have checked drain hose - no kinks or blockage. In accordance with makers instructions, I have checked that drain impeller runs freely and scale build-up has been cleared from drain pump insert, no change to spin function. Given age of machine and potential limit of life left, I don't want to spend too much if it's on its way out.
