Is my Westinghouse Oven (maybe GXL650S) repairable?

Wall oven: The issue is that the initial pilot light ignites and warms the oven but the gas does not flow through to heat and cook food. At 200•C only the pilot light was visible and the shelves were not hot. My understanding something has failed and has cut of the gas supply as a safety procedure. I had a visitor say that she could smell gas as she entered the house, from that point I have not used the oven. I have a seperate gas cook top that is working fine.
Getting info & quotes for my landlord, need the job done but need the ok to go ahead.
