I recently bought a new townhouse and have found the oven is not working properly. The grill and the fan work (when the grill heats up) but the bottom element and light do not work.
Bottom element in chef wall oven not warming up. Please repair. :-)

The front knob of the oven seems to have worn out on the oven quarter turn - I don't know if that is what is affecting the element turning on in the bottom of the oven? The grill is heating fine.
