our washing machine is leaking from the tap connection to the wall. We tried that white tape however its still leaking through. We've even tried a new hose. Need someone to come out asap please....

1 burner is broken on top seems like adhesive is come off, other burner is rusty and requires replacing.1 know is gone completely and requires replacing,i think the hole knob assembly has to go.
