Smeg elec oven - 5 years old. the oven is not heating up. the thermostat light comes on. the fan is blowing warm but not hot air. the grill works ok.
Technika front load washing machine is not behaving - might be the timer.

The timer has been making a very strange noise for some time, it gets stuck and doesn't count down. Now it is not spinning on wash cycles unless you actually turn it to spin.

Kleenmaid DW34X error D14, starts to take water ok then stops, sometimes will do a quick wash but not full cycle. Empties ok, connections ok as only just installed. I live in Edgewater, Perth, 6027.
