Hi we have a condor integra oven. The top main oven is not working well, the lower element does not heat up at all and the upper element seems to compensate and burn things.

The unit is completely fine but the cord was caught out of the car door and dragged on the road. Just wanted to see if the cord itself can be replaced as it is almost brand new.
