The igniter glows red but the oven does not light. this same problem has occurred 3 times before and each time was repaired by westinghouse/electrolux themselves. it seems to happen every 1.5 to 2... The igniter glows red but the oven does not light. this same problem has occurred 3 times before and each time was repaired by westinghouse/electrolux themselves. it seems to happen every 1.5 to 2 years. is there a more permanent cure? or are these ovens just "lemons"? we have 2 elgas bottles which they keep topped up with a bulk gas tanker. we also have a gas cook-top and large heater both of which work perfectly. (we normally try to use the oven without the other gas appliances being turned on at all but this makes no difference to the lack of ignition problem).

My door lock on a Samsung J845 front loader has shorted out and also burnt the plug connecting to the door lock. To replace the door lock is no problem but the plug connector is burned out and the... To replace the door lock is no problem but the plug connector is burned out and the plug requires replacing. Do I need to replace the whole wiring loom or can the plug connections be re crimped. Can I get a plug seperate?? Other question is how do I short out the door lock. There are 3 wires to the lock.
