Our Samsung washing machine works fine until it comes to the spin cycle. It just sits still and will not spin (makes a faint grinding noise). Then it stops and sends out an error message.... Is under warranty still, but they want to collect it and take it away for inspection and I am told depending on if they have to wait for parts it could be 2-3 weeks before I get it back. It is hooked up to Foxtel, DVD and Speakers. Had to pay someone to connect it all when I moved, so not really interested in someone taking it away to be repaired. Understand I may have to pay for this myself, even if it is under warranty.
