Drum still spins but extremely noisey - may require new drum and bearing kit. That's OK...will happily pay to replace if required.

main stainless steel washing cylinder (inside the unit) is making a noise as if damaged or unbalanced.

The fan does not come on when the heater is started as a result the heater switches off after several minutes of operation. Last service was 2001.
