The belt sometimes doesnt start rolling and sometimes mid-run if i try adjusting the speed it'll stop, say E1, and wont work again all day.

Machine has three water levels - I use high and as it is filling I have noticed that the water is running out through outlet hose and so never fills to start the next stage.
