There appears to be a problem with the wiring which connects to the coil. Also , the regulator need to be checked as we were not able to lower the heat of the same coil before it stopped working...

The agitator of the washing machine has broken from it's housing and come off the motor. It will require a new agitator and the repairer will need to remove the broken piece from the old agitator...
