Rangehood can not be turned on. A service man suggested to install a new one, but I don't like that answer. I like to see if it can be repaired first because it's a very new rangehood.

the Function Knob has been snapped off & need a new shaft & know aswell. No details of model number but need fixed ASAP. Oven is half pulled apart & cannot use until fixed. thanks
