i dropped the straightner and one of the plates has fallen out and needs to be put back in the socket. it is still attached to the socket but is dangling there and when i use it the plate is not...
My GHD hair straightener keeps losing power and or not turning on.

I accidentally squashed the cord under my work bag whilst it was plugged in the other day and I think I've damaged the wiring as it now won't turn on or if it does, only stays on for a few seconds....
