We have a Kleenmaid Scala TO-22 oven that was probably installed 10 yrs ago. The fan just started making a terrible sounds - I assume that it is jammed and needs to be replaced - preferably to be fixed by 27-Sept (this is the settlement date for the property as it has been sold).
Also think I need a new piezo for one of the gas hot plates that isn't sparking.
