Its my first time I have used Service Central and very impressed so far. I received a phone call within an hour of listing my job by two servicemen. I arranged a time for a callout the next day with \'The Service Guy\'. He knew what he was talking about, was prepared with tools and likely caused of my problem. He called me very next day with a quote for replacement parts. Unfortunately it wasn\'t worth repairing, needed a motor and control board so I went with a purchase of a new machine.
