warranty is finished. have carried out personal trouble shooting. and according to the instruction manual, the lights flashing (indicating error) tells us that the door is not closed. but it does close. a plumber suspects the computer is not detecting it, because it may have something to do with where the lock clip part of the door, where it locks into place, has gone faulty. may need computer testing.
