LG washing machine WD-1412RD, 5 yrs, problem with water & completing cycle

The water supply in the dispenser drawer doesn't work when going through main wash or rinse cycles. However the water flows properly for the pre-wash cycle. Machine will stop with "IE" error message. The water inlet works fine (water flows in pre-wash cycle). I checked the pump filter and it's clean.
