Need to get my dryer machine Simpson EziSet 350 fixed

My dryer machine. Simpson EziSet 350 has been playing up since the past few weeks. Sometimes (not always) when we use it during the night, it suddenly stops, and we get blackout. I presume somehow the dryer is making a short circuit and causing electrical disruption for the entire apartment unit (I live in an apartment unit).
I need some handyman to help me fix this problem.
